ICARC is sponsoring an ACES Basic certification  course in Coupeville.  The course fee is  $25 per student and includes the student workbook.  There will be an additional $5 requested for refreshments for a total of $30.  ICS 100, 200 and 700 are required prior to certification.  You may still take the class if you haven't completed the FEMA courses and you will receive your certificate when you complete the FEMA courses.  Students are required to bring a radio and manual for programming practice and passing traffic.  Pre-registration is required.  Contact John K7ACT, at k7act@comcast.net with questions or more information.
